10,000 m2 children's luxury retail with more than 200 designer brands offering children's RTW, shoes, accessories, toys, furniture, and specialized services.
Three floors take the customer on an experiential and interactive journey through a magical mirage – from Water (Ground floor), to Land (1st floor), to Air / Sky (2nd floor). Architectural and interior design motifs reflect each these elements through each floor.
Concept design & execution of base build structure, facade, space planning, brand guidelines, vendor packs, iconic/feature areas, multibrand & F&B areas, along with managing over 150 luxury brands tenancies including, Burberry, Dior, Fendi, Dolce & Gabana, etc.
